I began working in the fitness field 20 years ago as a group instructor. Growing up in Coral Springs as a dancer and cheerleader, I had always led an active lifestyle. After taking time off to begin a family, I returned to fitness in 2008 as a Spinning instructor and Personal Trainer. This time with a new philosophy of wanting to inspire and motivate others to achieve their own personal best physically on a daily basis. I began my career with OTF in the Parkland studio 3 1/2 years ago and fell in love with the concept in my very first class! Becoming the Head Trainer and Manager at OTF CSS over two years ago has led me to develop some of the most wonderful and satisfying relationships with members and peers I could ever imagine. They are my second family!

I have been a fitness professional for eight years. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle are my passion. Giving others the confidence to achieve their fitness goals is very rewarding to me. I began working at OTF almost one year ago. The group setting and high energy mixed with multiple facets of fitness attracted me to the concept and the company.

Name: Blaine Mason Hometown: Gainesville, VA Background: Originally from Virginia. Graduated from Radford University in southern Virginia with a degree in Exercise, Sport, and Health Education. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT). I have been with OFT since August 2016. How I will motivate you: I will always provide the positivity you will need to push through each workout. My music is very motivating too. I truly believe in what OTF offers and will always encourage you to accomplish new goals. When I'm not in the ORANGE: Outside of OTF I love being active and playing sports. From hiking to snorkeling to basketball, you name it. I'm either paying it or on the beach just catching some rays.

Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.







Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
